Returns Policy

Please follow this simple procedure for making a return to OnlyGreen:

  1. Please notify us of any damages or discrepencies within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. E-mail returns@onlygreen.com with your request to return an item or any questions with regards to the return process.
  3. We will email you an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number.  The RMA number should be written on the side of your package and included within the package along with the original invoice number.
  4. Send the items, including the invoice and RMA numbers to:

  5. OnlyGreen will contact you as soon as the package has arrived, and a refund will be made promptly as per our discussed solution.


While not a requirement, in cases where goods are damaged in-transit a photo of the damaged products and packaging emailed
to the above address would be greatly appreciated.
